Sanjay Dutt's autobiography film "SANJU" is one of the greatest film ever made on a person in Bollywood.
This Ranveer Kapoor starrer film won millions of hearts all over the world and received critical acclaim from many individuals and sites.
The Rajkumar Hirani directed movie got a great 9.1 IMDb rating in just 4 days from its release. The film also ranked 43% on Rotten Tomatoes, which is a decent rating for an Indian film.

According to critic Taran Adarsh, Sanju became the biggest opener not just in 2018 but for any Bollywood film domestically. The movie was released on 4000 screens in India and 1300 screens in overseas.
The film collected 34.75 crore on its first day followed by 38.60 crore on the next day(Saturday). The movoie collected a massive 46.71 crore on its 3rd day(Sunday) and made a total of 120.06 crores on its first weekend.
The film surpassed Race 3 to become the highest opening weekend and also overtaken Tiger Zinda Hai to become the highest opening weekend film of all time.

Sanju chronicles the life of the beloved "Baba" of Bollywood, Sanjay Dutt, who is popularly known as Sanju, a nick name given by his mother, Nargis. It unravels the mysteries and hypes that surround the actor. While some have questioned the accuracy of certain parts of Dutt's life, the film nonetheless ends up demystifying many conjectures which surround the actor. Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Dia Mirza, Sonam Kapoor, and Anushka Sharma are also a part of the ensemble.
Not only did Sanju become the movie with the highest-opening weekend, it also set a record for the highest single day collection of any Indian movie with its Sunday's collections. Sanju's Sunday collections surpassed Baahubali 2's third day collection. Baahubali 2 had earned Rs 46.50 crore on Day 3, while Sanju managed Rs 46.71 crore.
The film also did well in Australia and made more business than blockbuster films like PK, DANGAL, SULTAN, DILWALE.
Ranveer Kapoor can finally breathe a sigh of relief after Bombay Velvet, Jagga Jasoos, and Besharam had completely collapsed at the box office and things were looking a bit concerning. Not only he has delivered a blockbuster this time around, his performance is even more furnished and might be the best till now.
Lets hope for the film to become the fastest member in the 200 Crore club and for a Good rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
